The consultation with the doctor was extremely detailed. I liked that they judged the harmony of my entire face, so I had the surgery. The shape of my nostrils came out nicely. I'm satisfied with this level of bulbous-nose correction without putting in an implant. If your goal is only bulbous-nose correction, it's decent.
