I had nose surgery before, and they didn’t really recommend it that strongly, saying my nose shape was already good. I asked about the nose looking wide from the front, and they discouraged me, saying it was a case that wouldn’t improve much with bulbous-nose correction, so I just had a bridge augmentation. The bridge was 2 mm silicone and the tip was ear cartilage. But after the surgery they said it seemed a bit disappointing, so they changed it to 2.5 mm. It’s been a very long time since the surgery, and honestly I think 2 mm would have been better, but when I look at photos it doesn’t seem that high either, so it’s kind of mysterious. The surgery itself went well, and even after more than 10 years there have been no problems.
