My aesthetic goal is extreme naturalness, and I went in for a consultation with no implant. The surgeon took a really long time to explain everything in great detail and showed me a lot of before-and-after photos. But it didn’t feel like a back-and-forth Q&A; it felt more like he was just explaining things first, so it was hard to find a time to jump in with questions. The consultation was really long. He looked at the overall harmony and suggested alternatives when I said I didn’t want silicone. I do think it would turn out really pretty if I had surgery there, but it felt like it wouldn’t match my goal of extreme naturalness. Still, the surgeon’s aesthetic sense was really good.
