It's been a year and a half since my first no-implant nose surgery with a septal cartilage + ear cartilage graft! This isn't promotion; if you look at my old review, it's a real one I came back recently for a follow-up, and I'm writing this because it came to mind while I was working. It's really holding up well. I can blow my nose and rub it, and there's not even 1 bit of inflammation. Since there's no silicone, I don't have to worry about a fake-looking nose at all! If I had had silicone put in with my severe rhinitis, I probably would've become a worry doll. Anyway, it really seems natural and harmonious. I intentionally kept the dorsal hump a little, and because of that it looks even less artificial. Since it's septal cartilage, I can't do the pig-nose test... If I had to say one regret, it would be that after getting it done, I somehow start wanting it just a little higher, and other people's flashy silicone noses look pretty. I think that's just longing for what I don't have. But with my face, if I'd done that kind of nose, it would've been 100% ruined, so I'm living satisfied with it now The nose line is just a round, soft nose itself. People who really want a flashy pointed nose probably won't suit it. The director's aesthetic sense seems to be for the most natural, pretty nose possible, and I dug through tons of before-and-after photos before going, and they really pull off that round, pretty style well. For friends who like a nose that doesn't look surgically done and prefer a pretty natural nose, they get shocked and ask where it was done after seeing mine! For people who don't suit a flashy nose, choosing this place really won't leave regrets. That's all from one person who had surgery... Director, manager, please make a lot of money>< And then, just like before, they never force you into surgeries that probably shouldn't be done, and even the manager from 1.5 years ago is still the same person, so it seems like a good hospital. They don't push this and that just to make money; they're very realistic about whether something works or not, and whether you should or shouldn't do it. Just going for a consultation itself won't waste your money.
