Please explain the surgery method in the most realistic way based on my needs. I did not use an implant, and only raised the nasal tip with the septum. I also had alar reduction and osteotomy, so even though it was my first surgery it was expensive, but the trust I felt during the consultation with the director was so high that I did not feel it was a waste of money. It is a hospital that does not use sleep anesthesia, so some people may be scared, but it was really not scary at all and of course it did not hurt. During the surgery I even opened my eyes a few times. They did say it was dangerous and told me to keep my eyes closed, but I deliberately opened them because I wanted to check whether the director was doing well, and they reassured me. It has now been exactly 1 year and 1 month, and I am very satisfied. There is absolutely no sign of it and it looks natural. Nobody knows I had nose surgery.
