It's a factory-like place, and both the treatment itself and the director who performed it were kind, but the nursing staff felt a little unfriendly? The consultation manager was just average. The staff at the information desk were kind at least, but anyway, because it's factory-like it feels hectic, and if you visit on weekends or in the afternoon there are so many people that the treatment gets delayed past your appointment time, and the waiting area is packed close together like you'd expect from a factory-style place, so people sit there with numbing cream on while waiting. The doctors are kind and I'm pretty satisfied with the treatment itself, but it's not to the point where I especially want to come back.
