I visited for a consultation to get some moles removed. The hospital was easy to find, and the interior was generally kept neat. Since I had made an appointment, the wait wasn't very long, and the reception staff responded in a fairly ordinary way. The consultation was with the doctor, but since the mole removal procedure itself is so simple, the consultation time was quite short. It wasn't especially kind, but it wasn't unpleasant either, and they just briefly checked the necessary details and finished. That said, for people who ask a lot of questions or expect a very thorough explanation, the consultation might feel a little too short.
