The director is kind. But I've spent over 1 million won just on procedures at Banobagi, and the staff are so rude and the explanations feel very careless. Maybe it's because I'm only 20, I don't know, but there are too few seats compared to the number of people waiting, so that's not good either. And they never start right on time for my appointment Waiting 30 minutes is the norm... Still, the procedure effects were pretty good. After 2 months, it does go back to my own nose though.
