I went in with high expectations because it was my first surgery consultation, but the doctor's first impression was a bit cold and scary. Still, what he said, that if I had surgery it wouldn't have much effect and there wouldn't be much to gain, has been a huge help to me, someone who is still looking into surgery. During the consultation, the CT scan and the strange device that took photos from under the jawline and nasolabial area were the most professional parts. The manager was a very cheerful person. Overall, the consultation was fine.
