During the consultation, the manager confidently said it was an easy surgery with nothing to worry about and that the result was guaranteed, while the doctor only explained the basics of fat repositioning. But after the surgery, the under-eye area was sunken. It turned out they had removed the under-eye fat. I thought they were only going to reposition it, but they removed the fat without saying they would. The manager apologized and did a few procedures to fill volume under the eyes, but I could tell they weren’t proper procedures (were they even using the real product?) because there was never any effect, and I felt there was nothing more to expect here. In the end, because of this place I spent several times more money on under-eye fat grafting and other treatments, but it still wasn’t properly resolved.
