I was a bit nervous before going for the consultation, but once I got there the atmosphere was comfortable, so I felt less burdened. The director looked at my face and honestly told me which parts would suit me and which wouldn't be too much, and that made me trust him. I liked that it didn't feel like they were just pushing surgery on me, but instead took the time to listen to my concerns and explained things so I could choose. I asked all sorts of questions, and they answered in detail without seeming annoyed, so I felt reassured. The staff were generally kind and their responses were gentle, so even though it was my first visit, I left feeling comfortable after the consultation. But the facility feels a bit old.
