There were a crazy number of people here too. It was really on another level. Not enough waiting space... They even charged a consultation fee, but it still felt like there were just too many people to handle The consultation coordinator looked so exhausted.. I was nervous because I'd heard so many rumors about the director, but as soon as I walked into the consultation room, I laughed when I saw the pen and other tools neatly lined up and ready at their spots. Honestly, it's not a kind vibe, but they're not rude either; they just say exactly what they need to say and point out exactly what needs fixing. I think you have to make your needs very clear if you want to be satisfied.. They fixed my preferred line, so I kept wondering until the end whether I should have done it here.
