First of all, the calf injections are very, very expensive. For 3 sessions it cost around 750 or almost 800. But the effect is definitely there. And it's not just the calf muscle bulge, they do make the calves themselves smaller too. The side effects, though, seem pretty severe. For a few months after the injections I couldn't walk properly, so people around me kept asking why I walked like that, and close friends teased me that my gait was weird. It gets better after a few months, but it takes quite a while. Also, it's been a little over 1 year since the first injection and a little over 6 months since the last session, and it feels like the effect is gone now. I'm not sure whether it's worth paying that much money. I only recommend it for people who are very wealthy. There was definitely an effect for a few months after the procedure. Compared with when I got calf injections somewhere else, it was visibly much smaller, but now I'm not sure. It was there, and now it's gone.
