The director seemed to have a very high sense of pride and confidence in his own skills, but he didn’t seem to consider the patient’s needs. I liked that he only operates on one person a day, and since he has a long career, he did seem skilled. I was also recommended a few procedures in addition to the lift.

The doctor tells you to leave as soon as he finishes saying what he has to say. He tells you to consult with the manager and seems very bothered by the consultation, like he’s just forcing himself to explain.. There were no clear answers…
