I suddenly wanted nose surgery, so I looked into a specialty nose clinic and a place that does it without implants, and I went to End because they said the consultation was good and that they would do it naturally. First, the consultation lasted an hour and the director went over everything in detail, which I was satisfied with. No matter which photo I tried to show, they said it had to match my own face, so they didn't look at them. Still, I needed to show them the aesthetic I wanted, so I wish I could have shown them. They said I didn't need osteotomy or a nasal bridge, and that only the tip needed to be raised with the septum and ear cartilage. I put down a 300,000 won deposit and booked the surgery for two months later. On the day of surgery, I asked for it to be rounded rather than sharp, and I still regret not being able to show them the exact nose photo I wanted. I didn't even know what the columella was, and I just went on impulse, so I regret not researching more carefully what kind of nose I actually wanted. Anyway, the surgery took a little over 2 hours, and they said it took longer than expected. Afterwards, when the packing and tape came off, my nose looked severely crooked, and I was disappointed that they answered me roughly without a proper explanation. This is why with plastic surgery, the attitude after surgery inevitably changes. Anyway, now it looks rounded from the front, but pointy from the side. Since I only had the tip done, there is also a bit of a step. I'm considering revision surgery. But when I searched for End, it seems like it's gone now..?
