Consultation goes manager -> director. The director really looked extremely professional, confident, and gentle. The manager was very kind, but felt a little scary. The kindness of the staff who were working there was a little... they looked tired from work or like they were having a hard time. The hospital facilities felt a bit old, and parking was not valet but mechanical, so you had to wait a lot because cars had to come out and go in... If possible, you should go by public transportation for the consultation!! I liked the director's consultation so much that this is one of the places I'm still thinking about..
