I had double eyelid surgery with incision here quite a long time ago. They did eye correction and fat removal together with the incision, and also did an epicanthoplasty all at once. It felt like they were pursuing a natural look? If I even tried to make the height a little higher, they would say the result would be too uncertain or that it would be too high, so overall it seemed like they preferred an in-out line that finished naturally. But in the end, my eyes had a lot of fat, so it came undone in less than a year, and as the swelling went down it became like an inner double eyelid and then just loosened up... I am planning a revision, but it might be a hospital that's a good fit for people who want a natural look. Until it loosened, I was still reasonably satisfied.
