The consultation fee is way too expensive, first of all. If the consultation fee is expensive, your expectations rise accordingly, and compared to that, the consultation wasn’t very kind. I agree with the person below. When I watched the YouTube live, they seemed to communicate very well with patients and looked very kind, but when I met them in person, that wasn’t the case. There is a somewhat intimidating atmosphere, like a chief nurse who makes it hard for someone like me to speak up.
