The hospital is huge and has a lot of staff Maybe because a lot of foreigners come, there was one foreign staff member for each country I went with an appointment, so there was no wait, and after consulting with the manager and paying, I got the procedure done I’m not sure how helpful the consultation with the manager was; I think it’s better to think of it as a formal consultation They applied numbing cream for 30 minutes before the procedure, but I couldn’t tell whether the numbing cream worked They try to accommodate requests as much as possible, so I recommend writing down the shape you want in a memo before the procedure They also have a plush doll you can hold during the procedure, which is nice. It makes it a little less scary
