They prioritize safety and do not recommend extra surgery. There were no side effects, and the result was fairly natural, but I don’t think you should expect every request to be perfectly reflected or expect a dramatic change. The consultation didn’t feel especially friendly, but they were thorough during aftercare, which I liked.
