The waiting time was very long.. There is a 10,000-won consultation fee after the CT scan! The manager kindly consulted with me first, but honestly, it was all obvious stuff and full of nice-sounding words, so it didn't feel very helpful. Then I waited again and the director came in, but they spoke and explained things very quickly, and maybe because they were busy, they were in a huge rush so it felt hard to ask questions... And they didn't seem particularly interested in the design I wanted, more like, "I already know what design you want, so just trust me." But they are extremely kind.. After that I had another consultation with the manager and came back. I wasn't sure we were really communicating, but they did seem very confident.
