I did have existing filler, but it was left so faintly that other people wouldn't have noticed even a single line. So I just wanted to add about 5% more naturally, to make it slightly plumper and younger-looking. But the doctor's philosophy was really firm. He said the procedure was only possible if all the existing filler was dissolved first, and flatly said my desired voluminous style wasn't possible. The doctor seems to prefer slim, crisp lines above all. He was very kind, but his own aesthetic standards are that of a perfectionist who won't compromise. Honestly, the Instagram photos here seem somewhat edited, and they do a lot of marketing, so I got the impression they manage reviews very strictly. In the end, I couldn't change the doctor's stubbornness, so I decided to only dissolve the filler here and not proceed with another procedure. But even for just the dissolving treatment, they said I had to have a consultation first, so I waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes... I was exhausted from waiting. The dissolving injection was more tolerable than I expected, but when I started to show a reaction to hyaluronidase, they caught it right away and gave me a steroid injection. Since they must handle allergy cases a lot, they were quick and skilled in handling it.
