Consultation for a Kaseulko nose surgery. I originally applied to consult with Dr. Kim ㅌㅎ, but suddenly, after asking why the manager had assigned it, they switched me to Dr. Kim ㄷㅈ, saying he was good at Kaseulko. I didn’t know about Kaseulko and only knew about Kozelko, and since they said this was where the original surgery started, I came to check it out. I was in the manager’s office for a consultation when they suddenly called from the operating room asking if the doctor had started surgery yet, and if not, to come down briefly after finishing the design for a consultation... ㅡㅡ? After finishing the design, I came down briefly for a 5-minute consultation? They looked at it and said, yes, this is a nose that can be done. Just use one piece of ear cartilage... They pressed on the tip of the nose with their fingers and said it could be done. Then they went to surgery... (For the record, it’s no secret that the consultation manager spent the whole time badmouthing other hospitals…)
