Even during the consultation they were not particularly kind, but after the surgery their tone was like, “Do I really have to explain this now?” When I mentioned swelling and discomfort, they spoke informally from the beginning to the end of the follow-up consultation and said, “Why are you telling me that?” I was hurt and dumbfounded. They do not necessarily have to be overly kind to patients, but when it comes to a treatment I paid for, couldn’t they at least think from the patient’s perspective once and handle it responsibly? When choosing a clinic, skill matters, but if I had known their attitude toward patients sooner, I would not have trusted them with my surgery.
