There was a big gap between the exaggerated advertising and the actual procedure, so overall I couldn't trust it. During the consultation, even when I asked a little more specifically about the procedure, instead of calmly explaining, they reacted with irritation, and when I asked follow-up questions they responded as if angry, which was confusing. Thinking about how this person is supposed to be in a position to help the patient understand and make a decision, the attitude was very disappointing. What was even more uncomfortable was seeing them recording the conversation on their phone by themselves without any explanation. Since there was no prior consent or notice, I felt very uncomfortable, and it came across as a defensive attitude. Overall, I visited expecting professionalism and trust, but it only left me disappointed.
