It's a factory-style clinic, but the doctors and staff are all kind. The waiting area is small, so everyone sits around after applying anesthetic cream and waits. The place itself is small overall, but because there are so many people, sometimes the wait is long. They don't push extra treatments too hard. There isn't one fixed doctor, so it's a different one each time, but most of them are kind and do the laser carefully. I got Pico Fraxel here, and it was cheaper than at other places. Since it's not a very strong laser, it didn't have the kind of big effect you get from lasers that require Medifoam, but my skin texture improved! If you ask the front desk for a mask, they give you one.
