I could see the professionalism. I liked that the doctor would honestly say whether a certain part was right or not. But I was a bit disappointed that the consultation time was short compared to the money I paid. Still, if I asked something, they answered very clearly. I think the most important thing is to bring a list of what you want to ask before you go. I was happy because a lot of what I was thinking matched up.
