I came back after getting Ultracol, and to be honest, I have no intention of revisiting. This wasn't my first Ultracol, and I've had it at other clinics too, so I know what it feels like, and this place was definitely not good. First of all, the sales pitch from the consultation manager was way too aggressive. They kept pushing me to add more cc beyond the amount I had in mind. I got the procedure from a male director, but it felt like he didn't do the molding or massage very carefully? Compared with other places, it definitely felt like he handled it carelessly, and I ended up with much worse bruising and swelling. When I washed my face and touched the skin, I could feel little lump-like nodules inside for quite a long time, so I was extremely stressed about whether side effects would show up. I was forced to go two more times for touch-up, but even booking appointments was difficult, and the staff were also unfriendly. The front desk staff didn't even wear a mask and kept coughing while touching things and dealing with me without sanitizing their hands... that was also really unpleasant.
