It's been about 7 years since I had nose surgery. The overall shape has settled in naturally, but as time has passed, the tip of my nose feels a little lower than before, and because of the volume at the tip, I still feel that the improvement to my bulbous nose was not enough. I don't have any discomfort in daily life or any functional problems, but when I take photos or look at myself from the front, the tip of my nose looks dull. Rather than wanting drastic changes, it does harmonize with my current facial image, but I guess it's because of the passage of time.
