Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait over an hour just to get Botox, so I was really dumbfounded. As the wait got longer, the hospital staff tried to comfort the people waiting by talking about themselves, which felt kind of sad. Since it's an old hospital, the facilities also feel old. On top of that, when the doctor did the procedure, he didn't properly listen to what I said and just gave me Botox however he wanted, which made me so upset that I wrote a review on the app, and they suspended me. It was so ridiculous I haven't gone back since, but I'm surprised that the rating on this community is over 4 points.
