They did explain things, but.. it felt like the same explanation over and over, and it wasn’t a detailed consultation tailored to my body, condition, and shape. I think the staff were kind, and but it felt like they were pushing me to choose the most expensive implant no matter what, which was a bit off-putting. I also had to pay separately for post-op underwear.
