Because it was free, I planned to just get a light consultation, but I was surprised by how kind and thorough the explanation was. They carefully looked at my skin condition and pointed out exactly what was needed, which made me trust them. Even though I didn't start treatment right away, the consultation alone was helpful enough, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable, so I was satisfied. I haven't started treatment yet, but just from the consultation experience, it was good enough to deserve 5 stars. If I have time next time, I'm thinking of getting acne treatment too.
