I had chin advancement surgery 2 years ago. I remember advancing less than the usual number of millimeters. Back then, I had a long first consultation with the doctor, about 30 to 40 minutes, and I chose them because it was a fixed-price clinic and our directions were similar. (I wanted it to look natural, I absolutely hate a witch chin, and I only wanted to correct the small flaws in my face.) As they bluntly pointed out the flaws in my face, they said it could only be advanced a little, and that if I didn't have a square jaw, a typical oval face would be best, but keeping the square jaw would be better than trying to force that shape, which made me trust them a little more. Out of the 5 clinics I visited in total, this one proposed the smallest advancement, so I chose it (one clinic even told me to do a second advancement). The result is extremely satisfying, and because the advancement was small, I don't have a witch chin, which makes me happy. The really lucky part is that some people get food trapped under the teeth because of scar tissue, but thankfully I don't. It looks like they cut it cleanly. I've only been asked a few times by people around me whether I got lifting done. It doesn't show. The consultation manager was also kind, and they checked in on me really well afterward via KakaoTalk too. At the first consultation, they said the pins would be fine for decades, but I thought they were something I would have to keep in my body for life like orthodontic wire, so I assumed there was no option to remove the pins. That was information I failed to look up myself, so it's not the manager's fault.. just a tiny bit disappointing. As for the price, because the advancement amount was so small, they excluded the cheek fat removal price and only charged for the advancement surgery. It was 2-3 years ago, so my memory is fuzzy and I don't know the exact price ㅜㅠㅡ it could be wrong.. I think it was 350-400.
