I had double eyelid surgery 4 years ago, and I've been doing fine without any particular side effects. It seems like it turned out naturally. The double eyelids have loosened a little and the line has lowered a lot, but I think that actually makes it look more natural, so I've been doing fine. The director didn't really push anything or over-treat, so I'm very satisfied with my eyes.
