I had a non-face-to-face consultation, and the content itself was very detailed and explained in a way that was easy to understand. The consultation director was also very kind and empathized with what I had to say, which I liked. However, since it was non-face-to-face, I couldn’t ask questions right away, and there was a bit of a delay before replies came, so that was a little frustrating.
