The advantage and disadvantage of upper eyelid fat removal is that it is almost unnoticeable, and it really was so unnoticeable that even my mom could not tell. Depending on the person, I guess, but in my case maybe because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows was a bit wide, it only felt like the flesh under the brows got a little thinner, and there was absolutely no change in eye size or the double eyelid line. It just felt like the protruding flesh from the side went in? Like some baby fat came off. I knew it would not be noticeable, and I did it for my own satisfaction, so I am satisfied. The scar disappeared completely after 3 months.
