When I got a consultation there in 2022, everyone from the person who did the consultation to the doctor was kind. They felt my chin with their hand and said both the chin line and double chin would need to be addressed. There was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit or to have surgery. I had surgery at another clinic, but I'm now looking into revision surgery, so I sometimes regret not doing it here
