I went with the thought that I’d just get a consultation first. Even though I made a reservation, there was still quite a wait.. The consultation was just average? The price range was okay, but the manager felt a bit overbearing and not especially kind. I had high expectations because the café reviews were so good, but the consultation was not as satisfying as I expected. Still, the estimate was cheaper than other clinics, so it definitely felt less burdensome. In conclusion: director - average, manager - feels cynical, not kind; consultation professionalism - felt detailed and thorough; facility - pretty clean.
