I got a consultation for outer corner widening after watching an explanation on YouTube.. I can't say they were rude, but they answered in a somewhat stiff and businesslike way, and in the end they said it wouldn't have much effect, so I just finished the consultation. The fact that they didn't recommend forcing an unnecessary surgery was very good.
