I wanted to remove the silicone, and choosing the method for the tip rhinoplasty was my biggest concern, but during the consultation they recommended costal cartilage. They recommended costal cartilage without using the septal cartilage to the maximum, but I was a little disappointed with the explanation for that point (another hospital said the septal cartilage could be used). They showed me the nasal structure directly through a CT scan and analyzed it, so it was easy to understand. They answered each question kindly, the explanations were clear, and the before-and-after photos looked natural. They also seemed to have a lot of cases.
