The hospital was clean overall and well managed, so my first impression was good, and the waiting time I was worried about before visiting was shorter than expected, so it didn’t feel burdensome. The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager, and the total consultation time was about an hour, so I was able to hear a thorough explanation. The director had a very good personality and explained things calmly overall, which made me trust him, and I was especially impressed that he gave realistic advice based on my facial condition. He didn’t pressure me into unnecessary additional procedures and respected my options, so I could have the consultation in a comfortable atmosphere. There was a slight push toward booking on the same day, but the manager in charge was extremely kind, so overall it was a satisfying consultation experience.
