Honestly, even during the consultation I didn't get a good impression. From the start, I strongly felt they were pushing extra procedures besides the one I came for. Rather than presenting them as options, they said things like it would be better if I did them now and that doing them together would make the treatment work, so I felt subtly pressured. The price was clearly on the expensive side compared with other hospitals. Of course, I was the one who ultimately paid, so I can't say much. Still, if I had known in advance, I don't think I would have done it here at that price. The effect was almost nonexistent for the price. It was at the level of no effect at all. I didn't feel any big change even right after the procedure, and even after several days there was almost no difference. I trusted them partly because the review from the female doctor at ㄱㄴ was so good, but looking back now, it was so ineffective that I wondered if it had been advertising. So in the end I asked for a refund, but I was told refunds are impossible because it was a procedure done at an event price. I didn't feel like I had been given enough explanation beforehand, and it felt like they were not taking responsibility for the result. Overall, both satisfaction and effectiveness were poor for the price, and even if I had to choose again, I think I still wouldn't go to this hospital.
