The facilities are a little old, but not to the point of being a major problem. Personally, I liked that they applied the anesthetic cream in a private room before going to the treatment room, (since there are so many places that don't do that..) I was satisfied with the aftercare too, and once I had about 6 sessions, I could definitely see a difference, so I felt it was a good fit. It's also good that it doesn't contain steroids.. Personally, it was okay for me, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're only going to do 1-3 sessions. I think it really started to change only from 4 sessions onward.
