Since I said I preferred no implant because of side effects, he gave tailored advice. He also looked inside my nose with an endoscope and explained the pros and cons of the surgery. But the price is way too high. It’s not even a difficult revision surgery, yet the starting price is 15 million won. They give a big discount if you write a review, but it didn’t really resonate with me because as soon as I heard the first price, it felt way too expensive and off-putting. Also, the consultation ended late in the afternoon, and if I decided on the same day, they said I’d have to put down a 10 percent deposit because it was a discounted special. Being told to decide on a big surgery and a big amount within 2 hours felt burdensome. It feels like they need to organize the sales approach a bit more. (I think it would be better to set a price that customers can understand and then discount less; the target price is probably the same anyway.) Honestly, I was drawn in after the doctor’s consultation, but then hearing the sales talk and how money-focused it was, plus the time pressure, made it feel kind of oppressive. In the end, it was one of the clinics I gave up on.
