Before stitching, they wake you up to check the shape and then finish the suturing. I was difficult, so even though my surgery period got longer, they did it the way I wanted. It's been about 3 years and I'm still satisfied; I think it turned out naturally and well. The cartilage at the tip of my nose is a little visible I think people who had septal cartilage inserted can't really avoid that, so I just live with it.
