Hello, I’m leaving a review of my consultation for revision nose surgery with Director Park Seong-woo at Avec Plastic Surgery. The columella area of my nose currently has a lot of scar tissue and the condition is not good, so they said the surgery would need to be divided into first and second stages. For the first surgery, to improve the current columella, since the autologous costal cartilage currently in place is thick, they said we should plan to do a procedure to improve the columella, such as trimming or removing the autologous costal cartilage, and then proceed to the second surgery after recovery. For the second surgery, they said we should harvest the remaining ear cartilage and proceed with cosmetic shaping such as correction of a bulbous nose and septal extension. The director listened carefully to what I had to say, looked at the CT scan thoroughly, and examined the current condition of my nose in a very delicate way. Both the director and the manager were kind, and the hospital facilities seemed fine as well!
