I had face liposuction 3 years ago, and back then the effect felt quite large. Especially at the end, I had thread lifting along with it, so my facial line looked much sharper, and immediately after the procedure there were contours on my face, to the point that it felt like the lines were really alive, almost like the pattern on a combed pottery vessel. But as time went by, the effect gradually faded, and now it seems like my face has mostly returned to its original shape. Overall, only the impression that I lost a very small amount of fat remains, and it is disappointing that I could not feel the long-term change I expected.
