I had a non-face-to-face consultation first, and I was very, very satisfied. In-person consultations can be forgotten once you leave, but I could receive it by email, and the quality felt more detailed. I was told it would be better not to touch the submental angle, was recommended chin advancement, and was told the zygoma would be good to slightly shave down. I was satisfied with the consultation, but the front-desk staff was really, really rude, so no matter how skilled the director may be, the front-desk staff I spoke with completely ruined this hospital's image for me, and I have no trust in it. I don't want to have surgery here.. Anyway, I was satisfied with the consultation, but because of the front-desk staff's poor manners, I won't have surgery here
