I had the surgery 10 years ago, and after a long time without a checkup, I got examined at a surgical clinic, and they said the implant is ruptured so I need surgery soon They said the main cause is that due to capsular contracture, the implant kept folding and unfolding repeatedly, and that’s likely how it tore.
