You have a lot of confidence. They do take questions after explaining things, but if they think it's a similar question asked more than once, they send you out saying to ask the manager. They also don't tolerate any doubt or anxiety about the surgical results.. haha Their mindset seemed to be, "If you're anxious, don't get it done. I've said everything I needed to say." And they actually said things like that. I was recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning and a muscle tightening procedure, and I remember them saying the muscle tightening procedure was a special technique unique to this clinic. They seemed very confident, but I was a little worried about whether I could bring up any complaints if I ended up dissatisfied, so I'm putting it on hold for now.
